 | What payment types do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard through our secure gateway or you can send us a Cheque. Please Note: Orders paid via cheques (including PayPal e-chqeues will not be shipped until payment clears.

| | | How do you keep your prices so low?
Because we only sell online, we are able to ensure our overheads are kept to a minimum, thus the prices are lower than those you'll find in a pet store as we don't have the high rental prices and cost of multiple wages etc.
| | | Are the products flat packed?
No. All products come fully assembled and are extremely sturdy to ensure a quality product for your cat.
| | | Can I choose the colour?
Yes, however conditions apply. Not all colours are always available. If the colour of your choice is in stock, we can certainly get it made to suit your needs.
| | | How long will it take to get my order?
There is a maximum 10 day turn around for all orders to be made. This ensures your products are dispatched as soon as possible. This doesn't include freight times as these may vary depending on your location.
| | | Where are the products made?
We purchase directly from the Manufacturer on the Gold Coast and all products are 100% Australian Made.
| | | How much is freight?
Freight is worked out on the total order and your postcode. We will email you the freight price after you have submitted your order. This ensures your shipping costs are kept to a minimum and you pay actual costs. (For more details, please see our Shipping Policy on the Terms & Conditions page).
