REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Our product quality is very important to us and if you are not satisfied with the quality we would like to know. To help solve your problems quickly, below are our refund and return policies that you should consider.

On the rare occasion, that you feel your goods are faulty, please contact Cat Poles Australia immediately with your order number and a detailed explanation of the fault and we will get back to you by the next business day to help solve the issue. Reports of faulty items need to advised within 2 working days of receiving your goods.
If your item is confirmed as faulty, you will be reimbursed for all associated shipping fees required to honour our refund commitments.
We do not offer a refund or return if you simply change your mind on the product.
At all times, proof of purchase is required for all after sales transactions.
SHIPPING POLICY
Here at Cat Poles Australia we want to ensure you don't pay for unnecessary shipping costs. Once you have placed an order, we will get pricing from the available options to have your cat scratch pole sent to you at the cheapest price. We will then advise you what that price will be and you only need to pay the actual costs.
If you live in the local area (Gold Coast), the option to pick up your order from the warehouse is also available, however we take no responsibility if you collect your order for any damage to the poles whilst transporting it home. It is recommended you bring enough rope and any packing blankets to ensure the pole does not get damaged in transit. Collection is required within 5 working days of the order been finalised.
All our products are made once the order is placed and we guarentee they will be shipped from the warehouse within 10days of the order. We will email immediately advise once the order has been shipped. Shipping times will vary depending on your destination, however we anticipate your order will arrive within 5 working days from date it's shipped. (Please allow extra if your order falls near a weekend or public holiday).
We currently only ship our products within Australia. No international shipping of our goods is available.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are available and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days (once the goods have been manufactured). In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
